 Core efficacy

• Detoxification and purification – Burdock root and alfalfa help purify the blood and support liver and digestive health.

• Anti-acne and skin-nourishing – Lemon myrtle and mint refresh the skin, relieving acne and excessive oil secretion.

• Internal nourishment and external protection – milk thistle, nettle leaves, and licorice root help regulate blood pressure, blood sugar, and hormone balance.

Recommendations for drinking and use

• For daily consumption : 2–3 cups. Each time, take 1 teaspoon (about 2g) and add it to 250ml of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain and drink.

• Herbal Steam Therapy : 1–2 times per week. Each time, add 1 tablespoon of herbs to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes.
